Eligibility

Parents and tutors may register. Students use accounts created by parents.

Educational Purpose

PustakAI is an educational assistance platform and does not replace schools, teachers or formal academic assessment.

Coins

Coins are digital credits used for eligible AI features. Coins have no cash value and are non-transferable except where required by law.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Coins purchased through Razorpay are generally non-refundable once successfully credited, except where required by applicable law or in the event of duplicate or failed transactions. Users may contact support@pustakai.com for payment-related issues.

Acceptable Use

Users must not:

• Upload illegal, infringing, abusive or harmful content.
• Attempt to misuse AI services.
• Interfere with the platform or its infrastructure.

User Content

Users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to upload lesson materials.

AI Services

AI-generated explanations, evaluations and recommendations may occasionally contain inaccuracies and should be reviewed by parents or tutors.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PustakAI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

Termination

Accounts violating these Terms may be suspended or terminated without notice.

Future Features

School and institutional features may be introduced in future versions. Additional terms may apply at that time.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
